I wanted to have the advantage of the fact that it is adjustable.that is the #1 reason for purchasing this skate.I looked at all of my other choices and got this.It was wonderful.easy to adjust my 8 year old can do it himself.It has the size on a side and as u r turning the dial it tells u what size u are at.We love it.I am sure he will get a few seasons out of these & grow out of them just in time for my next son to use.
